This document describes the general website terms and privacy practices for Sharoz.Dev. Separate written client agreements may include additional or different terms for paid work.

01

Scope

These Terms apply to the Sharoz.Dev portfolio and service website operated by Sharoz.Dev (SMC-Private) Limited, a company registered in Pakistan.

By using the website, visitors agree to use it responsibly and in line with these Terms. If a visitor does not agree, they should not use the website.

Private company filings, personal addresses, registration identifiers, tax details, signatures, and private client contract terms are not published on this website.

02

Website Use

The website presents Sharoz.Dev services, selected work, resources, blog content, project information, and ways to start a project inquiry for websites, web apps, WordPress / Elementor work, IT consulting, and agency support.

Visitors may browse public pages and submit inquiries where forms are active, but they may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.

03

Informational Content

Website content is provided for general informational and promotional purposes. It is not professional legal, financial, security, or business advice.

Sharoz.Dev may update, remove, or change website content at any time.

04

Project Inquiries And Booking

Submitting an inquiry, sending a message, or requesting a booking does not guarantee availability, a reply, a quote, or acceptance of a project.

Calls, estimates, proposals, and bookings may be offered only when the project appears suitable and there is available capacity.

05

No Automatic Client Relationship

No client relationship, partnership, agency relationship, contractor relationship, or obligation to perform work is created by visiting the website, submitting an inquiry, exchanging initial messages, or discussing a possible project.

A client relationship for paid work should begin only after both sides agree to the relevant scope, terms, and project agreement.

06

Proposals, Contracts, Scope, Pricing, And Payment

Paid work should be governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, contract, invoice, or other agreement. Those separate agreements override these general website Terms for the paid work they cover.

Starting prices shown on the website are estimates or starting points only. They are not guaranteed quotes, fixed offers, or final pricing.

Separate agreements may define scope, deliverables, stages, change orders, deposits, payment milestones, invoices, timelines, client responsibilities, revision limits, cancellation terms, refund handling, warranties, ownership transfer, handoff requirements, maintenance, renewals, and support.

No refund policy, warranty, revision entitlement, delivery timeline, maintenance term, hosting arrangement, or payment schedule is created by these website Terms unless it appears in a separate agreement accepted by the parties.

07

Client Responsibilities

For paid projects, clients may be responsible for providing content, images, logos, brand assets, account access, feedback, decisions, hosting, domains, premium plugins, third-party subscriptions, and other materials needed to complete or maintain the work.

Delays in providing materials, feedback, decisions, access, or payment may affect timelines. Specific responsibilities are handled in the applicable proposal or agreement.

08

Portfolio And Case Study Content

Portfolio items, project pages, screenshots, visuals, testimonials, and case studies are provided to show experience and working style.

Completed work may be shown in Sharoz.Dev portfolio, website, or promotional materials unless a client agreement, confidentiality obligation, agency arrangement, or written request says otherwise.

Some project details may be simplified, summarized, anonymized, or redacted to protect client privacy, agency relationships, confidential information, or unfinished material.

09

Agency And White-Label Confidentiality

Agency partnership and white-label work may involve confidentiality expectations, client ownership rules, attribution limits, and handoff requirements.

Confidentiality obligations, client-facing attribution, portfolio restrictions, subcontracting rules, communication channels, and ownership expectations are handled in separate written agreements for each agency or client engagement.

10

Intellectual Property

The website design, copy, structure, code, brand assets, and original content are owned by Sharoz.Dev or used with permission unless otherwise stated.

Visitors may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, resell, or present website content as their own without permission.

Client deliverable ownership, source file access, licensing, transfer terms, stock assets, fonts, icons, plugins, themes, libraries, frameworks, and pre-existing materials should be handled in the applicable client agreement. A common project pattern is that final client deliverables transfer only after full payment, while pre-existing tools, methods, and reusable materials remain separately owned or licensed.

12

Free Resources And Tools

Free resources, blog posts, templates, prompts, or tools may be provided for convenience and learning.

Free resources are provided as-is and may not fit every use case. Visitors are responsible for reviewing and adapting them before use.

13

Acceptable Use

Visitors must not use the website to send spam, abuse forms, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, test vulnerabilities without permission, overload infrastructure, copy content at scale, or violate applicable laws.

Access may be limited or blocked if misuse is suspected.

14

Availability And Website Changes

The website may change, move, pause, or become unavailable without notice because of maintenance, hosting issues, development changes, security concerns, or business decisions.

Sharoz.Dev does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website.

15

Disclaimers

The website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sharoz.Dev disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in a separate signed agreement.

No website content guarantees a specific project result, business outcome, ranking, revenue, performance metric, acceptance, launch date, uptime level, platform behavior, plugin compatibility, or timeline.

16

Limitation Of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sharoz.Dev should not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of the website.

Any liability terms for paid work are handled in the separate agreement for that work.

17

Termination Or Restricted Access

Sharoz.Dev may restrict or block access to the website or related communication paths if misuse, abuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms is suspected.

18

Changes To These Terms

These Terms may be updated as the website, services, tools, forms, booking flow, or business practices change.

The effective date will be updated when the Terms change materially.

19

Governing Law

Sharoz.Dev is registered in Pakistan. Unless a separate client agreement states otherwise, these website Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
