Provider International: A Clearer Path to Security Enquiries

Visitors needed a clearer route from discovering the company to making an enquiry. The existing website loaded slowly, was difficult to use on mobile devices, and gave consultation calls to action limited visibility. Its homepage also mixed services and prevention methods into cards without clearly explaining the distinction, making the company’s offering harder to understand.

I refined the client’s existing navy and cyan palette to create a more consistent, professional identity, with a technical feel that reflected its remote security offering. I separated the services from the company’s approach to managing security risks, gave each section clear labels, and selected imagery that supported the content. Prominent consultation calls to action appeared at relevant points throughout the pages, while revised mobile layouts made the information easier to navigate on smaller screens.

The redesigned 45-page website was launched and is now live. It presents the company’s services and security approach more clearly, improves mobile usability, and gives visitors multiple routes to request a consultation. Post-launch feedback indicated that the website was performing better than before, although no detailed analytics or enquiry figures were shared.
